Responsibilities:
o Create design specifications for system workflows and human workflows based on the business requirements
o Clearly document and communicate design specifications to various parties
o Implement and unit test the code using WebSphere Integration Developer
o Participate in overall module-level and system-level integration
o Participate in performance testing of various code artifacts and tune the code as necessary
o

7 to 10 years of total industry experience with highly technical skills:
o 3+ years of experience with BPM and SOA technologies - specifically with IBM product suites
o Clearly document and communicate design specifications to various parties involved
o Must have thorough experience with Java technologies and frameworks including JEE, Spring, Hibernate etc.
o Must have thorough experience designing, developing and deploying systems using BPM and SOA technologies including SCA, BPEL, BPMN etc.
o Must have experience implementing Java Web Services and using XML technologies (XML, XSL, XSD, WSDL)
o Must have experience documenting business processes using WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM)
o Must have experience translating the process models in Business Modeler to WebSphere Integration Developer (WID)

2. WebSphere Message Broker Designer/Developer

Candidates will need to go through a series of highly technical interviews.
Candidates with US Citizenship or Green card will be preferred over H1 candidates
Location: Philadelphia/New Jersey area - Looking for local candidates (No travel)
